e.l.f. Studio Blush in Pink Passion

e.l.f. aka Eyes Lips Face describes their blushes to have "a soft sheer texture that blends into the skin for a silky finish. Designed to be worn alone or layered for more depth." When I first saw Pink Passion in person I was a little intimidated by how vibrant the blush really is.

e.l.f. Studio Blushes come in matte, black plastic compacts. On the front is a clear window so the color is visible and on the back is a tiny label indicating the color. I've noticed that e.l.f dupes higher end cosmetics and the Studio Blushes are almost identical to NARS Blush packaging, minus the rubberized finish. e.l.f. Studio Blushes are the same size as the NARS Blushes. A mirror is included inside.

On the left is a heavy swatch and on the right is a blended out swatch. e.l.f Studio Blush in Pink Passion is a cool toned matte hot pink. The formula was slightly dry but still smooth and easy to blend. This blush is very vibrant and pigmented, something I wouldn't expect for a cheap blush. Since this blush is so pigmented I highly recommend using a duo fiber stippling brush so you have more control. In terms of staying power I think it's average, for me personally. It's not super long-wearing, but it does last around 7 hours.

How much? $3.00 USD (look for coupons e.l.f. always has some)
Where to buy? Target (USA), and e.l.f. online
